Children and pet friendly area, with lots of outdoors space and natural shade, which is quite rare to find in Budva.

On 24 January we received 5-star rating from the Municipality ie Tourist agency in Montenegro. This beautiful three-story house is located just meters from the sea in Perast. It has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, that can host up to 10 people comfortably. The house has access to a boating pont with steps leading to the water. The property is air-conditioned, and every room has a smart TV and Wi-Fi. We can arrange for a car to pick you up at Tivat airport.

The place what makes unique is that the apartment is in center of city. Everythig is very close. The market is right on left side of apartment an on other side is health food. About few meters is bakery, cake shop , hair salon , agency , taxi, and many more important objects for guest that could be Inter sred in only few meters. Also the aparment is pivate and have some kind of special peace.
