The house is private and is spread over two floors connected by a spiral staircase. The heart of the home is the large, bright living room, furnished with a chaise lounge sofa, a double sofa bed, a rattan set with table, and comfortable loungers with cushions. The dining table seats up to eight people, and the 50” Smart TV with Netflix included makes even the quietest evenings enjoyable. The real “wow effect” comes when you open the French door: from the living room and from one of the double bedrooms, you can step out onto the sea-view terrace, furnished to be enjoyed from morning to evening, with a dining table, comfortable chairs, an outdoor sofa, and sun loungers with premium mattresses. From here, you can then walk directly down to the sand, where the property provides an umbrella and two additional sun loungers for your use. The house has three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one room with two single beds that can be joined together, perfect for children or friends. With mattress toppers, memory foam pillows, armchairs, mirrors, and wardrobes, you’ll have everything you need to relax after long days by the sea. Bed linen and towels are included in your stay, so you can travel light and find everything ready upon arrival. Two baby cots are also available in the bedrooms upon request. The two recently renovated bathrooms with windows are decorated with beautiful colorful majolica tiles: one very spacious bathroom on the lower floor with a separate shower and bathtub, and the other on the upper floor with a bathtub. Both are complete with sanitary fixtures, LED mirrors, hairdryers, and complimentary toiletries. The kitchen, convenient even for longer stays, is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and accessories. The experience is completed by ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, independent heating, typical Ligurian vaulted ceilings, and high-quality linen. The outdoor patio next to the kitchen is also available and can be used as storage for bicycles or similar items.

CITR 008019-AGR-0007 Soggiorna in un'azienda agricola biologica certificata dove l'olio, il vino Vermentino e le arance amare nascono dalla terra di cui sei circondato. Casa Novaro ha tre appartamenti, è a 5 km dal centro di Imperia a 10 minuti, in macchina, dalle spiagge di Imperia e Diano Marina. L'appartamento fa parte di una villa. Casa Novaro è a pochi km dal centro è situato al riparo dal rumore con una bellissima vista. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie.

Natursteinhaus Casa Vittoria

Lucinasco ist ein idyllisch gelegenes Bergdorf in Ligurien. Schon die Anreise durch üppige Olivenhaine ist eine grosse Freude. Die Herstellung von Olivenöl prägt das gesamte Dorfleben. Ein kleiner See liegt am Ortsausgang. Hängende Trauerweiden umsäumen das Ufer und eine alte Kapelle aus dem Mittelalter runden das Bild gut ab. Von Casa Vittoria hat man einen schönen Blick über die Olivenhaine auf die Kathedrale Santa Maddalena bis hin zum Meer. Ein Spaziergang dorthin lohnt sich allemal.

Nel cuore dell'Alta Langa, patrimonio dell'UNESCO, CASA VITTORIA, situata nel centro di Feisoglio, è un ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni in bicicletta, camminate nel verde e gite enogastronomiche. Disposta su due piani, è composta da cucina living, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno. Interamente in pietra di Langa, la casa si affaccia sul giardino da cui si può godere di un'ottima vista sul Monviso. Posizione ideale per raggiungere Alba patria della fiera del tartufo.
