L'appartamento su due livelli è composto da due stanze da letto con rispettivi bagni, salone con cucina al piano inferiore, due terrazzini (uno per piano), un soppalco e una lavanderia. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort e dispone di posto auto coperto nell'edificio. Dall'appartamento si può ammirare una splendida vista sui tetti di Bologna, Torre degli Asinelli e San Petronio compresi e sui colli bolognesi

Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). E' situato sia nel centro del paese che nel centro del parco del Delta del Po, diventato da poco Patrimonio dell'Unesco. Il mare è distante pochi kilometri (ca 10 min). Nella zona è possibile effettuare gite in barca. La casa mette a disposizioni 6 biciclette per escursioni nel boscone della Mesola e nelle numerose ciclabili della zona.
