Lovely sunny outside patio area where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine . Just a few minutes walk to pubs The Kings Arms and The Rock Inn , both serving excellent food. The magnificent Putsborough beach is just 5 minutes by car, Croyde is 2 miles away, Saunton and Woolacombe beaches are all nearby as is The Southwest Coast Path.

Cosy Self-Contained Annexe in Coastal Village

Quiet setting in Wembury village with rural views and sea glimpses from the property. 5-10 mins walk to the beach and Southwest Coastpath and many other rural walks nearby. Beach has a cafe and loos, and is popular for surfing, kayaking and other water sports. The annexe has six steps up to a small area of decking to the front, and access to a large patio and garden to the rear; free street parking. The village has a pub and shop and a bus service to/from Plymouth just outside the property.

We are close to local pubs offering delicious lunch/dinner, and the Fox Tor Cafe which cannot be beaten for it's breakfasts. You’ll love The Chapel because of it's privacy and space, and because it's situated in of some of the most beautiful, atmospheric and dramatic landscapes. Room annexed to my house in lovely coastal village setting. Private entrance and private patio area. Sit outside , enjoy a takeaway and a glass or two 🙂 Only two-and-a-half miles to the very famous Hartland Quay beach, and absolutely stunning coastal walks. There is a nice cafe+ 3 Pubs that all serve excellent food within the village,so plenty of choice without having to drive!! within 5 mins of the annexe you can be walking down the vale which is a beautiful place to walk and unwind.

This is a newly decorated, spacious, clean, modern room with its own private entrance through patio doors. A luxurious double bed, wall mounted smart TV and plenty of drawers and hanging space, coupled with a comfortable sitting area including 2 chairs, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge make this an ideal base for your visit to North Devon. A large en-suite wet room adds to the relaxed and quiet atmosphere of ‘Rue Paul Bert’ which is close to the centre of the village.
