Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

Only 3 minutes to Interstate 40, which is nice for just passing through. 45 minutes to Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. 15 minutes to River landing. This home sets behind the main house.
