Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

The holiday apartment 'Moar im Rumsein - Saltenblick' is located in San Genesio Atesino/Jenesien in South Tyrol and boasts a beautiful view of the mountains. Here, your children can also experience everyday life on a farm. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and cable TV.

Neben den 5 Ferienwohnungen, steht den Gästen ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum mit einer alten Bauernstube, Tischen und Lounge-Möbeln zu Verfügung, außerdem eine Sauna und ein Holzgrill.

Garden-level apartment with beautiful views of the village, located in a quiet but central residential area just 3 minutes from the center of town. It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Cozy living room with fireplace and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One parking space included; additional parking available upon request.

Thalerhof Naturae Lignum

The apartment Thalerhof Naturae Lignum is situated in Unterinn Ritten, which is 15 minutes by car (11 km) away from Bolzano/Bozen in South Tirol, Italy. It boasts a spectacular view of the surrounding Alps, along with newly renovated interior design, thus making it a wonderful getaway. The 45 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

Apartment Lavendel - Kuenhof

Just outside the village of Vöran (Verano), Kuenhof farm is located on the sunny high plateau of the Tschöggelberg, at an altitude of 1.450 m. Surrounded by forests and meadows, the modern Kuenhof apartments were built in 2019 and are very child-friendly, offering a playground and childrens equipment such as cutlery, amongst other things.
