Der Egghof ist als einziger Hof im Münstertal mit dem Gütesiegel "ERBHOF" ausgezeichnet. Dieses besagt, dass sich der Hof seit über 200 Jahren in Familienbesitz befindet. Der Egghof liegt auf 1700Hm. Auf dem Hof leben neben der sechs köpfigen Familie, Ziegen, Schafe, Schweine, Hühner, Katzen, ein Hund sowie ein paar süße Nager.

Die Gegend eignet sich hervorragend zum Wandern, Mountainbiking, Radfahren oder Skifahren bzw. Langlaufen.
