The space is downstairs area of our townhouse & consists of bedroom, private lounge, bathroom & courtyard (NO KITCHEN) coffee maker, kettle & bar fridge provided together with tea & coffee, cereal, milk or yoghurt & fruit. You wont need a kitchen with so many dining/take away options within a few minutes walk. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THEIR IS NO MICROWAVE OR TOASTER

Built circa 1910 this Heritage listed home is a unique place to stay... loads of character and with all modern comforts. The self contained guest suite is seperate from the rest of the home and consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, a verandah and a bathroom. The dining room is made available for use at breakfast time and a self service continental breakfast is Included in your stay. Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

Light and airy one bedroom garden flat has that true beachy feel. It has a new queen sofa bed, and brand new matress for for the double bed. Located just a 20 minute level walk from North Narrabeen Beach and lagoon, 5 minutes from Warriewood Square and across the road from the Warriewood Wetlands. Bus stop across the road. Please note the shower and toilet are located in the external laundry next to the flat. There is no ensuit in the flat.

100 year old Railway Carriage

Comfortable but compact, set in beautiful bushland, owner's house closeby. 10 minutes from shops, restaurants and railway station. 50 minutes from Sydney Airport. Extra note: some guests have mentioned swimming in the George's River but this is not always advisable due to water quality . Also while there is an electric BBQ it is not always possible to light the open fire because of legal restrictions.
