PET FRIENDLY!!! "RAZOR RIDGE RETREAT" / "A LITTLE SLICE OF AUSTRIA" is the first of its kind in the Razorback area. It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Light Drenched and Private Cabin

Our cabin is spacious & light drenched. It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, wardrobe, kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart TV (Netflix, Disney & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children (10 & 12), a Labradoodle dog, 2 cats & guinea pigs who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky.

Cook St is off Glebe Pt Rd with its cafes, pubs, bookshops, amenities, and Broadway Shopping Centre. 10 min walk thru park to TramSheds. Ferry to Barangaroo at bottom of road. Buses, lightrail to fish markets, Darling Harbour, markets, Central. Universities close. Friendly neighbours, parrots, possums, kookaburras. Happy dog, owner onsite. Will sleep 3 but 2 most comfortable.

Own entrance, privacy, inclinator access, street parking. Please note the cottage is small but outdoor areas are expansive. 10 min walk to Whale Beach, 30 min walk to Palm Beach, ferry and Avalon. Keoride service, picks up from property and drops you to Avalon, Newport, Mona Vale, Warriewood, same on return. By car everything is 5 - 10 minutes away.

Bundeena Treehouse is the perfect base to explore all the beaches, waterfalls and stunning walks of the area or just sit on your private deck and enjoy water views and sunsets. Outdoor Spa with water views Aircon/Heating Filtered water out of all taps and shower PLEASE NOTE you must climb uneven rocky stairs and property is not child friendly, if bringing your child please message first. Also we are very busy all year round and usually book out 2 months in advance especially on weekends
