This is a two-level house with separate doors for upstairs and downstairs, completely independent living spaces. Shared yards and laundry .You will stay in the 2 bedrooms and 1 living room downstairs. The door is equipped with a combination lock and 24/7 self check-in. Quiet and large forest.8 minutes walk to shopping mall. Easily reach the CBD by bus or train 5 minutes drive to the highway or to the Royal National Park If you book for more than 4 people, we will provide temporary extra beds.

The house is directly opposite the netted baths, viewing platform and ramp to the beach. Salt Air is a sunny, spacious one bedroom house set 20 metres behind the main house with access for parking one car right at your front door. Sit outside at the private entertaining area and enjoy the sunshine and sea breezes as you plan your time in Kurnell.

You will be close to everything. We are 15km from airport, 25km from Sdyney CBD. 6km from Famous Cronulla beach, 10mins by car or by train. 5mins walk to train station and Westfield shopping center. Getting to the property: By Uber from airport 30mins (cost around$35)or by train 45mins(cost $23 per person). Going to city by direct train take 40mins. 2mins by car to close by Karena private or sutho public hospital. Pets are welcome, but are not allowed to stay on beds and sofa.

The guest space is a private part of our house with own entrance and no shared areas. Located in a quiet street , a 15 minute walk from Cronulla Beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms are newly renovated with a comfy queen size bed in the main bedroom (3.1m x 4.3m) and a double bed in the adjoining room.(3.2m x 2.7) Kettle ,Toaster and Microwave provided. This contemporary and quiet house is located in the prestige suburb of Sylvania Water, Sutherland Shire. Walking distance to Dolton House Sylvania Waters where wedding and functions are hosted. Airport is only 10km away. Miranda Westfield only 10 mins drive.Cronulla beach or Royal national park 20mins. There is an ample lounge with TV and Netflix included. Two large bifolds open up the living area to a grassed area &patio ideal for enjoying the best of BBQs with friends and family. Water glimpses, the North facing cottage, is bathed in light, and just a few meters from the beach. All doors are extra wide, allowing for easy wheelchair access.
