Muncion è un affascinante paese situato sopra Pera di Fassa, nella splendida Val di Fassa, in Trentino. Regala una vista spettacolare. Perfetto per chi cerca un luogo dove disconnettersi e godere della serenità che solo la natura sa offrire. Grazie alla sua posizione strategica, in pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere tutti i principali punti d'interesse. La seggiovia per il Ciampedie si trova a solo 1 km, mentre la cabinovia del Buffaure è a 3 km. Canazei dista 10 km e Moena 8 km.

Viel Holz, natürliche Farben, in Südtirol handgefertigte Möbel prägen den schlicht- edlen (modern/elegant) Naturstil in unserem „Baumhaus“.

Chalet Hafling near Merano - Chalet Zoila

Ein Haus mit einer langen, spannenden Geschichte, das wir behutsam und mit großem Respekt ins 21. Jahrhundert geholt haben. Das Haus steht für sich alleine in Mitten der Natur: direkt unterhalb des Ski- und Wandergebietes Meran 2000 und nur 10km zur Stadt Meran. 170 Quadratmeter bieten Platz für acht bis zu 12 Personen. Der Garten ist sanft abfallend, gleich hinter den drei Lärchen, ca. 100meter entfernt, liegt unser anderes Chalet, das Chalet Leckplått. Private Bergblick Sauna.

Appartement 1 ist perfekt ausgestattet, um Ihnen einen komfortablen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Wir befinden uns in einem kleinen und ruhigen Dorf im Wipptal 3 km südlich von Sterzing, auf ca. 1000m Meereshöhe . Ca. 90 qm Erdgeschoss: Küche mit angrenzendem Steinkeller, Wohnzimmer, Tages WC. Obergeschoss: 2 Doppelbettschlafzimmer, Abstellraum, Badezimmer (2 Waschbecken, WC, Bidet, Dusche und Badewanne) Garten: Grill, Essgelegenheit und Liegewiese. Benutzung der Waschmaschine nach Absprache. Hochwertige Massivholzeinrichtung. Autoabstellplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.

It is elegantly furnished in Art Nouveau style and features a bedroom and a living area with a pull-out couch, satellite TV and minibar. The newly built bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Enjoy the spacious balcony with comfortable seating. The local tax of €2.20 per person per night is charged separately on-site.

Our light-flooded apartment is fully equipped, and features a private south-facing balcony with a unique view. Thanks to the central location of the chalet, you can start your holiday activities in summer as well as in winter directly from the accommodation by foot. Afterwards, treat yourself to a few hours of relaxation in the private sauna in your chalet or end the day on the couch with a glass of wine and a view through our panoramic windows.

In Gries, residential area close to the center,15 minutes walk Walthersquare, (65mq) bright and well furnished villa in the attic on the third floor. Close to bus stop, supermarket, banks shops and restaurants., large living room, sleepingroom, full bathroom w/shower....the bed linen and towels are included in the price. Final cleaning costs of 35 euros to be paid on site and tourist taxes of 1.70 per day per person are not included.

Ferienhaus Gann - Greit

Das Ferienhaus Gann-Greit liegt auf 1300 m.ü.M in Villanders in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage abseits von Straßenlärm und Hektik. Das Haus wurde erst im Frühjahr 2024 fertig gestellt und steht unseren Gästen zur Gänze zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich teilt sich auf 2 Ebenen auf und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Haus mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Dolomiten ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für längere und kürzere Wanderungen.

The cosy holiday house "Haus Lichtenstern" is located near Oberbozen (Soprabolzano) on the high plateau of the Ritten (Renon) in South Tyrol and offers space for 6 persons. The modern and charming apartment has a spacious living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Furthermore, Wi-Fi, satellite and cable TV as well as a high chair for children are part of the apartment's equipment.
