One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. The Oberaldoss Wellness Residence is situated in the sunniest spot of S. Cristina village, surrounded by the unique landscape of the Dolomites UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. The view of the imposing Sassolungo, the world-famous Sella massif and other mountains of the Dolomites is breathtaking and unique. Our guests can set off from right in front of the house, either on foot, or on the bus for free that takes you from just outside the house to the nearby ski lifts in 5 minutes.

La casa Vergissmeinnicht dista 1 Km dal centro di Selva Gardena da raggiungere comodamente con il bus gratuito oppure la passeggiata a piedi in 15 minuti. In estate vicino ai sentieri per escursioni verso Ciampinoi, Monte Pana e Alpe di Siusi. In inverno partendo da casa con gli sci ai piedi si arriva direttamente sulla pista da sci Sasslong B del Ciampinoi collegata con il comprensorio del Sella Ronda. Un cordiale benvenuto a tutti famiglie e anche motociclisti.
