Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Unterkunft mit Blick auf die Unterengadiner Berge

Im Jahr 2020 neu ausgebaute Dachwohnung auf Landwirtschaftsbetrieb, am Dorfrand von Ramosch. Ruhig und sonnig gelegen mit Aussicht auf die Unterengadiner Berge. Dorfladen und Bushaltestelle in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Im Sommer können zahlreiche Wanderungen und Biketouren ab der Ferienwohnung unternommen werden. Verschiedene Bademöglichkeiten in der Region. Die Bergbahnen sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Postauto erreichbar. Langlaufloipe ab Ramosch. Schlittelweg bis vor Haustür.

About 1230 m above Völlan, surrounded by forests, mountains, meadows, and old farmhouses, you will find the quiet and elevated holiday apartment Andreas at the idyllic Gallhof. The Gallhof is accessible via a mountain road similar to a pass road. The apartment features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms (one with two single beds), and a bathroom, and is suitable for up to 4 people. Wi-Fi and TV are included.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

Schluderns ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen jeglicher Art, Mountainbiking, Skifahren, Schwimmen, Ausflüge mit dem Zug, Kulturziele ( Burgen, Erlebniswege, Museen,...) in die Schweiz und nach Österreich geht's in 20 Fahrminuten. Im Wintergarten mit grandiosem Ausblick auf die Alpen genießt man den Ausblick,5 Gehminuten entfernt ist ein großer Supermarkt und eine Bar, den Dorfkern erreicht man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten.
