Bathed in blue, warm woods, cool white and a random blast of pink, believe me, they were her favorite colours. This ground level unit has it's own deck on the west side. Custom cabinets built by Johnson Woodworks, in-suite laundry, Durham Furniture lift bed for extra storage plus Wilson Solutions custom closet storage and full sized appliances plus 9' ceilings to wow you.

Lots of games and activities in and around the cottage to keep you busy! Wood burning stove in the basement and gas fireplace upstairs. Main Street Sauble Beach, grocery & LCBO just a 10 minute walk. Trails across from the cottage with toboggan hill, dog park, Community Centre, all just through the forest!

Amentities close by includes golfing, fishing, dining and shopping. In the winter there are groomed snowshoe or cross country skiing trails on the property. Snowmobile trail is across the road.
