Berghütte auf 1000m mit Saunanutzung am Südhang

Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

Completamente restaurata nel rispetto del progetto originario dell'architetto Edoardo Gellner con la presenza degli arredi originali. Edificio tutelato in quanto dichiarato di pregio storico-artistico. Munita di ampio giardino e comodo parcheggio.

Dotato di una camera da letto soppalcata con un letto matrimoniale e due singoli, una matrimoniale a piano terra, una gradevole zona soggiorno e un delizioso patio esterno dove trascorrere i vostri pranzi in compagnia all'aria aperta. Da ogni angolo dell'abitazione è possibile ammirare la nostre montagne.

ONLY one small-sized dog under 10kg allowed.

Immerso tra le montagne, questo chalet è un'oasi di pace. Recentemente costruito, si integra nel paesaggio con tetti spioventi e facciate in legno di abete e larice. All'interno, un'accogliente zona living con divano letto si affianca a una cucina moderna e attrezzata. La camera da letto offre intimità, mentre il bagno è funzionale e contemporaneo. Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

Casetta Pramor è una suggestiva baita immersa nella natura, ideale per una fuga dalla mondanità cittadina. Ristrutturata di recente, è dotata di uno spesso cappotto termico che la rende ideale in ogni periodo dell'anno: fresca d'estate e calda e accogliente in inverno. Pur distando poche centinaia di metri dal centro cittadino, gode di profonda quiete e riservatezza, ben predisposta per accogliere le famiglie, anche con animali.
