Die gemütliche, helle Ferienwohnung „Renates Gründer Suite“ (65,5m² + 24m² Terrasse) befindet sich im ersten Stock, verfügt über zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer mit je einem eigenen Badezimmer, eine private finnische Sauna, ein Schlafsofa, eine Terrasse, WC, Föhn, eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Besteck, Geschirr, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kaffeevollautomat. Garden & Wellness "LeVigne" ( ab Ostern 2023 eröffnet )wurde von unserem Studio als Designapartment konzipiert, streng Made in Italy und mit Möbeln, die Designgeschichte geschrieben haben. Im Wohnzimmer steht der berühmte ovale Tulip-Tisch und im Außenbereich der runde Tisch von Eero Saarinen, begleitet von Moises-Stühlen, die als Kunstwerk des 21. Jahrhunderts gefeiert wurden.
