Charming studio apartment, with attention to detail, ideal for couples. It consists of a double bedroom on the loft, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Located within the Villaggio Tamerici, in a strategic position (800 meters from the center), it is close to the most beautiful beaches of San Teodoro: 1.5 km from Isuledda and Cala D'Ambra, and 2.5 km from La Cinta. Air conditioning, TV, washing machine, veranda, second outdoor shower. Free parking inside the Residence. Large green areas with children's playground. The price of the stay includes rent, utilities, and final cleaning. Linen is not included in the price but can be rented at an additional cost. It is not recommended for families with small children, as it is not possible to add a little bed on the loft: the extra bed is available on the ground floor. The well-being and safety of our guests is our priority.

Genießen sie die ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage.

Beautiful villa set in a large 2000sqm private garden with sea views and an infinity-style pool. Punta Molara is a quiet resort in the middle of the Marine National Park of Tavolara-Coda Cavallo, 20 Km south of Olbia airport. Given the remote location, a car is essential. Villa Kara sleeps up to 8-10 people. The Villa is very peaceful and feels very private even though it is within a quiet residence. It is best suited for families looking for a beach/pool holiday.
