If you fancy a peaceful stroll along the Ericht river it’s only 3 mins walk away or continue into the quaint highland town centre of Blairgowrie, 5 mins walk (famous for its strawberries) for pubs,supermarkets , cafes, shops and restaurants. The Old Coach House is in Rosemount, a quiet residential area in Blairgowrie. We are a 15 minute stroll from the clubhouse at Blairgowrie Golf Club and 2 miles from the centre of this attractive market town. With a large lounge, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, adjacent dining room, and a secluded garden, the house is ideal for relaxing and socialising with family and friends. Two of the double bedrooms are on the ground floor which is useful for people with restricted mobility.

The newly renovated Coach House at Hillbank House sits within the extensive grounds of our early 19th century Georgian house. Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. 'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. Perth and Dundee are both easily accessible and 30 minutes will take you to the ski slopes of Glenshee.

The cottage boasts stunning views across the peaceful Perthshire countryside and is situated just 2 miles from the town of Blairgowrie and a 35 minute drive from Glenshee. Patio doors at the back of the cottage open to a spacious garden which provide a great place to relax and enjoy a panoramic view of the beautiful surroundings.
