I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

You can relax on the terrace, admiring the landscape, sipping your coffee. The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

The apartment is located a few steps from the Biennale, the Arsenal and St Mark's Square. From its windows, you can enjoy the fireworks show of the Festa del Redentore, the start of the Regata Storica and Voga Longa, the arrival of Venice Marathon and admire Venice's skyline every evening at sunset.

It takes 5 min. walking distance from Biennale and Public gardens, where all the main ferry are stopping. Its close in Via Garibaldi and 10 min from S. Marco Square. Castello is the most lovely and colorful district of Venice. This is the place where you want to go, if you are willing to breathe the real atmosphere of Venice.

L’appartamento è situato in prossimità della Riva dei Sette Martiri, ed ha una splendida vista sui Giardini della Marinaressa e sul bacino di San Marco, in una zona che offre una vasta scelta di opportunità di svago e di relax. È composto da un’ampia area living con cucina, tre camere doppie e due bagni. Si trova a pochi minuti dai principali siti culturali ed è facilmente raggiungibile con l’utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici.

Siamo due sorelle Claudia e Chiara, nate e cresciute nella Venezia più autentica. Apparteniamo alla sesta generazione di veneziani della nostra famiglia. Insieme a mamma Marisa e papà Carlo, vi apriamo le porte del nostro appartamento che si trova nel cuore del Sestiere di Castello, a due passi dalla Biennale, a 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e a due fermate di vaporetto dalla spiaggia del Lido di Venezia.
