La Pulcia B&B - The King Room Rose, situated on the upper floor of the house, features a private bathroom with shower, a countryside-view-terrace where to have breakfast and a little and comfortable room dedicated to tea, infusion and coffee. Breakfast is served on the terrace that is covered and heated up in winter. The terrace is furnished with a table and armchairs and is located in a strategic position on the top floor of the house where you can enjoy the magic view of the countryside. On the terrace we suggest you to sunbathe during summer and to relax in the evening looking at the sunset after a day spent on the beach. The furniture is a mix of style bringing together romatic, shabby-chic and Occitan details with the homely atmosphere and its comforts. To make sure you have a good sleep, the room is quiet, the mattress is anatomic and the bed linen are made of superior quality fabrics: silk, cotton, lace and vintage broderie anglaise. The property was originally an old country house that has been completely restored respecting the original features and materials. Located a few steps from the centre of the village, retains the atmosphere of a country house surrounded by greenery and quiet of the hill. The accommodation is a good starting point to discover the hinterland, in the past the land of the Malatesta, full of villages, for those who want to reach the golf clubs of the Adriatic coast or for those who want to challenge themselves in different cycling routes without forgetting "the wine and food" routes of our land. The house is equipped with heating and air conditioning, guests can take advantage of free wifi, rooms, individually decorated, have bathroom, television and air conditioned. Guests can enjoy a large garden, in which in summer you can have breakfast, with views of the surrounding hills and the sea. In the village there are several restaurants and pizzerias. At 20 meters from 'accommodation there is the theater Petrella, a little gem, which hosts national premieres. The sea is just a few kilometers from us!

Costs are depentant on season and relative to full apartment with b&b services (breakfast is served for a maximum 3 nights stay) or use of the kitchen. To rent the full apartment please refer to the listings called "B&B with pool (full apartment)” The B&B is built out of a 19th century stable. The ancient stone walls make it cool in the summer and warm in winter. It has two double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom – one of which has a jacuzzi and is also equipped for the disabled. The living/dining room has a fully-equipped kitchen corner if you wish to cook for yourself, or if you have special dietary needs. Each room has air conditioning, and – in addition to the central heating - each room has its own heat regulator, hairdryer and free wi-fi. In each room it is possible to add a single bed or a child’s cot.

Armida è una camera al primo piano di SassoErminia, raggiungibile attraverso una scala che porta ad un balcone di legno affacciato sul bosco, con vista sulla rocca di San Leo. È una stanza originale e piena di storia: il letto è costruito con gli antichi pali scolpiti della stalla.
