L'ampio giardino è parzialmente condiviso con gli ospiti di Casa Cere (la grande casa gialla adiacente), senza però impedire ad entrambi di godere di uno spazio privato. Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner steht auch zur Verfügung. Internetzugang per WLAN ist selbstverständlich.
