The second bedroom has room to sleep three featuring bottom bunk as double bed with a single on the upper level. Both bedrooms have vanity mirrors and built in wardrobes with coat hangers. Access all areas with the exception of the owners storage cupboard in the second bedroom. We will respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your stay. The beautiful surf beach of Mermaid is practically on the doorstep. Along the way and almost as close are two premium eateries, Le Café Gourmand and Little Mermaid. A little further away is Bam Bam Bakehouse, with amazing pastries and coffee. Also conveniently located within walking distance Pacific Fair shopping centre and the Broadbeach shopping and dining precinct. A very short walk to the Gold Coast bus and light rail system! The 700 bus along the Gold Coast Highway offers direct transportation services to Coolangatta, Tugun, Currumbin, Burleigh Heads, Miami, Mermaid and the Broadbeach South station is in front of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The G:Link light rail, also located at the Broadbeach South station directly in front of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, will easily and quickly transport you to the most popular areas of Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and Southport. If you are travelling from Coolangatta Airport Mermaid 24 is about 25 minutes via Taxi/Uber or by Bus take Number 777 to the Mermaid Beach stop. Set amongst the tranquil rainforest, this light and bright two bedroom unit is the ultimate destination for your next hinterland retreat. Located in the heart of Maleny, just a short 5 minute walk to the centre of town where you'll find plenty of interesting shops and eateries. I have two other houses beside this one for rent as well. One has four bedrooms and the other has three. An important add-on note though is that the local branch of Brouhaha Brewery has sadly announced that it's closed.

This is a near new, spacious, self contained and comfortable ground floor apartment. It is 5 min drive from the Airport and City centre, bus stop 50 m walk. Easy walk to parks, Botanic Gardens, Centenary Lakes, rainforest walks,"Tanks" art centre, restaurants, cafes and very close to the trendy Edge Hill Village and Supermarkets. Perfect for 1 couple or friends/families up to 4. One room has a luxury Queen bed, the other has 2 King single beds. We live on 1st floor but very private for guests.
