The house is placed 5 kilometers away from the closest town, Portoscuso. There is a private entrance with relative parking secured by the main gate. Sie mieten zwei kleine Landhäuser für maximal 6 Personen . Die Landhäuser liegen in einem großen gepflegten Anwesen von 10000 qm zwischen einem Olivenhain und wilde Ecken am Grundstücksende zum Indianerspielen. Die Landhäuser liegen ruhig und etwas versteckt am Fluss Rio Chia und sind nur 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt zum nächsten Strand. Ein großer Pool von 15m Länge und 1m bis 1,80m Tiefe befindet sich hinter dem Rasen. Zwei Sandstrände sind in 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
