Dimora Tipica is located in Praiano. It enjoys of spectacular sea views, from where you can admire an amazing sunrise. The house has a large solarium with hot tub,sunbeds, table and chairs. The bedroom is recently renovated, has a queen size bed and a single bed. There is a kitchen fully equipped and a bathroom. The location is quite, there are 50 steps to reach the house from the road where the car can be parked. Within a walking distance there are grocery stores, restaurants and bus stops.

Casa Licia is a beautiful independent house in a residential complex, in the upper area of Positano and enjoys a wonderful view. Inside the park there are a swimming pool, that can be used for free, and a private parking for your car. Consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower and a balcony with a breathtaking coastal view of Positano.
