CASA AYLA (descrizione) Casa Ayla è la seconda di quattro villette a schiera. Ha un ingresso carrabile condiviso con le altre case. Ma il passaggio carrabile è l’unico spazio condiviso! Circa 80mq di abitativo, 20 mq di terrazza, 20 mq area BBQ e 40 mq tra giardino e verandina. Casa Ayla ha due livelli: • Piano Terra : zona giorno compresa di cucina, pranzo/soggiorno, bagno, ambiente polivalente al coperto, zona BBQ , verandina, giardino. • Piano Primo: zona notte con due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli), terrazza. Casa Ayla è fornita dei conforts necessari per fare una vacanza senza portarsi appresso troppi accessori. È nostro piacere offrire un piccolo servizio di cortesia per le prime ore di arrivo (acqua, pasta e pelati, sapone doccia e mani, caffè, zucchero etc. ). Al suo interno vi sono alcuni elettrodomestici quali: fornelli con cappa di aspirazione, frigorifero, fornetto elettrico, forno a microonde, caffettiera elettrica, tostapane, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, scaldabagno, lavatrice, scopa elettrica, televisore. La casa è dotata di condizionatori d’aria in ogni ambiente. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi e confortevoli e permettono una buona convivenza anche in quattro persone. Luminosa, semplice, silenziosa. Nel soggiorno è presente un caminetto ben funzionante, che può rendere più suggestive le serate (estive e invernali). La terrazza, utilizzabile a qualsiasi orario, è riservata e riparata da occhi indiscreti. Il giardino è provvisto di doccia all’aperto: comoda e utile soprattutto per quando si rientra dal mare.
