The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Independent farmhouse with 13 beds, composed of two apartments connected by an external staircase. The property offers a seasonal swimming pool (May–October), private garden, and a masonry barbecue. Perfect for those seeking peace and quiet surrounded by nature. Wi-Fi available. GPL heating with an extra charge (€60 per day in winter until mid-April, €40 in spring from mid-April). Firewood for the fireplace and barbecue available on request. Just a few minutes from Siena and the Val d’Orcia.

Tv, ( per chi fa richiesta, lavatrice a disposizione dalle 9 alle 20 nella nostra lavanderia ) . Per venire da noi è consigliata l'auto , per essere indipendenti , sia per visitare la campagna toscana . Posizione strategica per visitare la Toscana Vi aspetto per mostrarvi la vera Toscana.

Il Tuja di Casanova di Campriano è un appartamento di 120mq ristrutturato con eleganza e funzionalità nel rispetto dello stile toscano per un soggiorno di relax immersi nella natura. Dal suo terrazzino e dal suo tavolo in giardino puoi godere di una vista unica a 180° che spazia dalle Crete Senesi fino a Montalcino e al Monte Amiata. La piscina con vista panoramica incanta ad ogni sguardo. Questa struttura è perfetta per visitare Siena e i bellissimi borghi medievali della Val d'Orcia.

Elegant farmhouse Siena

L'appartamento, di 200 mq, fa parte di una casa colonica del 1600: ospita comodamente 6 persone, ha 3 grandi camere da letto, un salone principesco, una cucina con camino, due bagni e un affaccio mozzafiato sulla campagna toscana fino a Montalcino. Dal 1 Aprile 2025, il comune di Murlo ha istituito la tassa di soggiorno, di 1,50€ a persona al giorno, i ragazzi under 12 non pagano. La tassa deve essere pagata all'arrivo, in contanti e contestualmente vi verranno richiesti i passaporti.
