Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Located in Moso in Passiria/Moos in Passeier the holiday apartment "Sunnseitn Lodge Alps" impresses guests with its spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding Alps. The 40 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Wir vermieten unsere traumhaft schöne Ferienwohnung in Meran. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer architektonisch hochwertigen, modernen und exklusiven Wohnanlage. Wer in seinem Urlaub Wert darauf legt stadtnah und doch im Grünen zu wohnen, hat hier die richtige Wohnung gefunden. In nur 12 Min. erreicht man fussläufig die bezaubernde Innenstadt von Meran. Gleichzeitig genießt man, umrankt von saftigem Grün die Ruhe und Idylle der Südtiroler Landschaft.

Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

Es bietet ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine Schlafcouch, voll ausgestattete Küche (Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd), Bad mit Dusche und eine sonnige, umzäunte Terrasse – ideal für Frühstück im Freien oder mit Hund. Nur 5 Min bis zur Bushaltestelle, ca. 30 Min nach Meran oder ins kühle, idyllische Pfelders. Perfekt zum Wandern und Entspannen.

Design Loft "Chez Mone & Harry"

The chez mone & harry loft is nestled amidst orchards and vineyards at the edge of the historic village centre of Algund, near Merano, 5 min by car. You enter the third floor through a modern dependance, where product designer Harry Thaler and curator Simone Mair live with their three children. Harry took great pleasure in transforming a 50m2 attic into a warm, minimalistic dream loft in sustainable materials.
