Hilltop Views From a Historic Tuscan Home

Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

A 5 min in bici dal mare, casa e piccolo giardino

Sulla strada principale che porta al mare in zona vivace ben servita! Dal giardino, con ombrellone, tavolino e sedie, si accede alla veranda coperta con panca, poltrone e tavolino ideale per colazioni ed aperitivi, bagno di servizio. Zona giorno con cucina a vista dotata di lavastoviglie e forno elettrico. Primo piano; 2 camere (letto matrimoniale 160x200 e letto doppio 140x200), bagno con ampia cabina doccia. Servizio internet wifi e aria condizionata. Imposta di soggiorno da pagare all'arrivo.

Al passo di barca

Al Passo di Barca. Terratetto a Riglione-Pisa. Vicino a bar, pizzerie, supermercato, farmacia, tabacchi, banca, posta, edicola. Vicinissimo alla SGC FI-PI-LI per la costa, Firenze, ecc. A 25 min da Lucca, 15 min da Livorno, 30 min dalla Versilia. A pochi minuti dall’Aeroporto. A pochi metri le fermate dei bus con frequenza 15 minuti per il centro storico e stazione ferroviaria. Ospedale di Cisanello raggiungibile a piedi con il ponte ciclopedonale. In auto il centro storico è a pochi minuti.

Relax on the terrace near the Tower

Appartamento Recentemente ristrutturato di circa 60 mq al piano terra di un antica palazzina con terrazza di circa 40 mq. Possibilità di ospitare 4 persone ( letto matrimoniale, 1 letto ad una piazza e mezza), con aggiunta di un lettino per bambini. Il quartiere, Santa Maria, è tra i più antichi di Pisa. Nelle vicinanze c'è il museo delle Sinopie, l' Orto e Museo Botanico , il Museo degli Strumenti per il Calcolo, Museo dell' opera del Duomo. Potrete visitare la città comodamente a piedi.

Open space appena rinnovato, con giardino, adatto per un soggiorno rilassante. Dispone di un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto per due persone; cucina completamente attrezzata. Il bagno finestrato dispone di doccia, bidet, biancheria e saponi. Il soggiorno è dotato di Smart TV e WiFi. Aria condizionata e zanzariere. Parcheggio gratuito accanto alla casa, fermata autobus a 30 mt, vicinissimi anche supermercati ed altri negozi. In 5 minuti si arriva in centro o all'ospedale di Cisanello.

From here, you can visit Tuscany and the Cinque Terre. Walking distances: - 10 minutes from the train station - 20 minutes from the airport - 35 minutes from the Leaning Tower By car - There is a nearby parking lot, free after 5 pm and on holidays. By bike or motorcycle - You can park them safely and for free in our courtyard.
