The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery

Ponúkame vám prespanie v kamennej búde v našom vinohrade. S rozsiahlym výhľadom do okolia a na oblohu. Pitná voda je pripravená - 4 lit. balenej neperlivej vody. V kamenici sú dve drevené lavice, matrace, posteľná bielizeň, uteráky. Môžu sa spojiť do jednej postele 145x200 cm. K dispozícii je vonkajší solárny sprchový vak a 15 lit. pitnej vody, základný riad na pitie a jedenie, malý varič na kávu alebo čaj. V piecke sa kúri drevom. Bez elektriky. Na pozemku je suchá toaleta s výhľadom.

Krásny 3 izbový dom (radová zástavba) novostavba v tichej lokalite. Dom má vlastné parkovanie pred domom pre tri autá. Dom má krásnu súkromnú terasu 12m2 a súkromnú záhradu 42m2. Na terase je moderné záhradné sedenie. Veľmi dobrá dostupnosť do centra Bratislavy 20 min. autom a rýchle napojenie na diaľnicu do cca 5 min. Do Viedne je to 1 hod. autom. Do mesta Senec, kde je aquapark a slnečné jazerá je to 19 min. autom. V okolí nájdete potraviny, reštaurácie, kaviarne, obchody, lekáreň.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.
