Walking distance to downtown. Near football stadium. Beautiful view of garden. Scenic area and view of town. One level, anti-allergen hardwood floors throughout. Walk-in shower with grab bars. Raised commode. For living room comfort,we provide a massage chair, power recliner sofa, Xbox Game system, and TV with premium channels on Roku! Kitchen is very open and fully stocked. 10 minutes from KU & downtown 5 minutes to i-70.

If you'd like to unplug & spend time on a Kansas Farm, this place is for you! The original 100 year old farmhouse has been modernized to feel cozy, yet still has its original charm. There is plenty of land to enjoy a walk, play games, star gaze, or start the firepit in our quaint tree grove. Although located *RIGHT ON* 75 hwy, the trees offer some seclusion from the highway. Very convenient for visiting the local lakes, traveling through, or just wanting to get out of the city.

This home is within walking distance to downtown, parks, the library, Lawrence Memorial Hospital, The University of Kansas and the David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium. Charming Waldo Reader's Retreat

Sweet little bungalow in the heart of Waldo. Sits at the back of the property, so there is no fenced in yard. We had a new driveway poured in 2025, you’re welcome to use that or park on the street. Main bedroom is on the ground floor with an additional bed upstairs (the stairs are ladder-like, so not suitable for everyone!). We love this little house so much and think you will too.
