We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

We are located in Marghera, the most convenient location to reach Venice (and not only!) from the mainland: the bus stop is 3' walk, the train station 10'. The journey takes about 13'. We offer a large double room with additional sofa-bed, a single room with two beds, bathroom, living room with kitchenette, laundry with dishwasher Nearby you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, ATMs. Looking forward to seeing you at the Il Melograno!

Ideale per coppie, due amici o una piccola famiglia ma puo essere adattato anche a quattro persone. Abitiamo accanto e vi possiamo custodire i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out. Potete parcheggiare la vostra auto sul posto riservato a noi.

At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night. Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay.
