Απολαυστε τις διακοπες σας στη Βουλα, στην πιο ησυχη γειτονια των νοτιων προαστιων. Ενα φωτεινο , ευρυχωρο διαμερισμα διπλοκατοικιας 130 τμ . με εναν ομορφο κηπο 900τμ . Το διαμερισμα εχει 3 υπνοδωματια , 1 μεγαλη κουζινα, 1 σαλονοτραπεζαρια ενιαιο με χωρο εργασιας, 1 μπανιο και 2 ανετες βεραντες .Στον κηπο μπορειτε να απολαυσετε με την οικογενεια σας η τους φιλους σας τον καφε σας , BBQ και ηλιοθεραπεια . This is a very bright and sunny condo in the northern suburb of Athens near Kifissia, in Metamorfosis. It is in a very green area, calm but also very near to the local market. It has a super market across the street. Ideal for families and working people. Near the Attiki Odos highway from the airport and the Proastiakos train, connection to the Neratziotissa train station to the city centre. Very picturesque and close to everything. Easy access to the city centre and the airport.
