We provide a fully equipped kitchenette, a convertible king size bed, ample closet and shelf space, quality bath and shower products, fresh linens and towels, wireless internet, hair dryer, coffee machine, Netlix, HBO MAX, Hulu, Disney and other channels. La Casita is a private guest house in the heart of Burbank, just minutes from Warner Brothers, Disney, and the Burbank Airport. The house has a full kitchen, wifi, bath, and private patio full of flowers and lemon trees. (All the lemons you can eat!) Parking is provided behind a private, automatic gate. Restaurants, stores, nightlife, and paths for hiking and biking are all nearby.

New Toluca Lake Private Pool House

450+ square foot 1926 Spanish-style newly renovated guesthouse in Toluca Lake. Detached from the main house with living room, dining area, kitchen, separate bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and bathroom. A private patio in the back of the guesthouse provides access to the pool/jacuzzi. Pool is not heated. The jacuzzi heats up to 104 degrees in 45 minutes to an hour.
