Fairwater Head East Wing Bedroom

Set in the unspoilt Devonshire countryside on the Dorset & Somerset borders in peaceful Hawkchurch, this Edwardian country house is just 4 miles from Axminster and 5 miles from Lyme Regis on the Jurassic Coast. The East Wing is attached to the Edwardian House with rooms on ground and first floor level all with views over the gardens. En-suite bathrooms with a choice of walk-in shower or bath en-suite with fully fitted shower unit over the bath. Comfortable king or twin beds are made with Egyptian cotton bedding and all rooms have tea/coffee making facilities. Soft fluffy white towels are provided as well as a cotton bath mat and non-slip rubber mat. Please note this booking is for room only however a Continental breakfast hamper can be pre-ordered for delivery to your room each morning of your stay at an additional cost. There are fabulous walks close by as well as stunning coastal walks a little further afield and we are proud to be dog friendly.

This is a peaceful house with a light, bright room, 10 mins on foot from Glastonbury town centre. You are welcome to use the lovely garden and enjoy the quiet surroundings. The breakfasts shown in the pictures are examples of what you can have but the choice is yours, large or small. If you prefer a smaller breakfast there will be fresh fruit salad, freshly baked croissant, serials fruit juice etc available. Vegetarian, vegan, non vegetarian and any dietary requirements will be catered for.

5/10 min walk to Charlestown and central location

Set in a cul de sac with local amenities on the doorstep and in close proximity to train line. A ten minute walk/two minute drive to the picturesque locations of Charlestown and the golden sands of Carlyon Bay. Both beach locations offer live music, food and beverages, during the summer months. Beautiful villages of Mevagissey, Fowey and Polkerris are 15 minutes drive with Truro 20 minutes. Also a central location for the Eden project. Buses and St Austell train station are easily accessible.

Lower Tresmorn-Barley Park

A bright room in a medieval Cornish farmhouse within the sound of the sea. It has a large deep set window, super comfortable bed and bags of character. The room is accessed by a half-spiral stone staircase which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The room has a private shower-room along the landing. Peace and tranquillity in a traditional farmhouse B&B on the coast 5 minute's walk from the coast path and stunning sea views. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast included.

Thatched Devon Cottage beside stream near beach

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

The Mill House is almost 200 years Old and the river Asker runs through the garden, with a waterfall. The house is beamed and it is light and airy. We have off road parking and Wi-Fi. We are only 10 minutes walk from the town with its restaurants, cafe's, wine bars and pubs. One and a Half miles from West Bay and the Jurassic Coast. Bridport has been voted 5th best market town in Great Britain by the Times. The area also has a UNESCO world heritage site.

Padstow- 10 minutes walk to harbour!

A pretty double room in a private house in the mid town area. Comfortable King size bed with thick mattress topper, and cotton bedding. Private parking. Easy walk into the old town which is set around the harbour, with access to the beaches. Lovely basket breakfast provided, which you can eat in the bedroom, kitchen or garden, weather permitting. TV , Kettle mini fridge and refreshments in room. Please advise me of any special requirements or requests.

We are a small friendly B&B in Dartmouth centre, on waterfront with stunning views of the river and out to sea. En-suite bedroom on ground floor with king sized double bed, door leading to 2 single beds (cot available). Bath and shower. Nearby there is free parking from 4pm until 11am from May until the end of September if there is a space available. (2hrly during day). Winter parking free.
