Bright and Open Private Suite

You will enjoy a private suite in our home with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, dresser, comfortable chair and Samsung 50” TV. A second bedroom has a full size bed. The suite also has a living and dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom with a skylight! The space is open and light filled looking out onto a beautiful tree filled backyard and garden. The front patio has a stunning cherry tree which is full of ripe cherries in late June!! At this time, no pets permitted.

The Green Room: 70s Groove Themed Studio

Welcome to the Green Room NYC. Many will love it, some may hate it, but one thing is for sure: you're in store for a blast from the past when you stay here.. Designed by designer & muralist, Kate White, this 1879 former hostel was transformed into a retro, green AF abode to feed your adventurous cravings. No detail was spared in creating this funky, nostalgic, 70's themed space. Whether you're visiting for a day or a month, just know the grass is always greener in the Green Room.

Private Brownstone Guest Suite (separate entrance)

Charming, private, newly renovated three-room guest suite in a family-owned Brownstone on a picturesque Brooklyn street. The sunny bedroom has a queen bed and a full size desk with lamp and charging station should you wish to work remotely. The kitchen is fully stocked and looks out onto our back garden. The bathroom has both tub and shower. You’ll be a few blocks from the A/C Trains with easy access to the Wall Street, The West Village, Central Park and the Upper West Side.

Full 1200 sq ft floor in Park Slope Brownstone

The top floor of privately-owned brownstone built in 1899 in a historic Park Slope part of Brooklyn. Just a short walk from 500-acre Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, and Botanic Garden. Short walk to multiple subway lines (3 stops to Manhattan). The place had undergone major renovation: central A/C, upgraded bathrooms, new appliances and décor. Under NYC law, we are allowed to host only two "paying guests". Reach out to us first if your party includes more than two adults.
