You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. The Cove

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. The Cottage

A Super Charming cottage, newly renovated w/ a cozy coastal theme. Located in the trendy Porters Neck area off Market St, only 15 minutes from the beach & close to downtown. Rest on over an acre, beautifully landscaped & flanked by majestic Live Oak trees. Large open ceilings showcasing old rough cut wood trust, w/ new flooring and appliances. Decor features local artisans & nice array of vintage items. Includes spacious front porch & nice rear paver patio. Privately gated w/ spacious parking.

The Frenchie House, 4 Bedrooms, All King Beds

Playful and lively, this special place is easy to consider your home away from home! Family friendly quiet area 15 Minutes from Downtown Wilmington with access to all that our incredible city has to offer... Dining, shopping and entertainment. 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, 12 minutes to Carolina Beach, and 20 minutes to the ILM Airport. Large, fully fenced-in, backyard. Full Kitchen, spacious area, and Fun Frenchie themed Rooms! Pups are allowed by request only and with a pet fee.

Wilmington's "Jungle Room"

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

Relax with the whole family, including your canine companions at this peaceful place to stay. Whole house will be yours including the 1/3 acre fenced yard for your four-legged friends. Get some exercise out the private back gate to the shady and secluded walking path that takes you past a pond for fishing, sand volleyball courts, pickle ball courts and a playground for kids. Just a 10-minute drive to Carolina Beach and 5 minutes to River Road Park pier and boat launch

Enjoy a pet-friendly, fully private studio with its own entrance in a quiet home beside a beautiful park with trails and a playground steps away. You’ll have a private fenced yard, full kitchen, fireplace, king bed, and sleeper sofa. The unit shares walls with the main house, so you may occasionally hear household sounds, typically minimal and not during sleeping hours. We’re often away, and many guests find it very quiet. No shared spaces. No close neighbors.

Can comfortably sleep up to 8 people so there’s enough room for the whole group, and with a fenced-in yard you can bring all your dogs. Immerse yourself in coastal charm & comfort at this thoughtfully designed home. Relaxation blends with beach-friendly vibes at this home, your vacation awaits!

Clark Hill Heights.

Away from the Touristy area, but convenient enough to drive there. Has its own parking space with private entry with a small deck. Nice and quiet area. 30 min drive to downtown Wilmington or Wrightsville Beach, 15 min drive to Carolina Beach area. Located 3 miles north of Snows Cut Bridge which leads you to Pleasure Island (Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and historic Fort Fisher).

The Lake Cottage

The Lake Cottage is located across the street from Greenfield Lake. It is a 3 minute walk to the Amphitheater and 9 minute walk to the Park Center with boat rental, playground, skakeboard park, and Pickleball Courts. There is a 4.5 paved trail that runs around the lake across the street. The Lake Cottage lies down its own private walkway and has a fairly-land feel about it.

Conveniently located in, what the locals call, Monkey Junction, it is only minutes away from UNC-Wilmington, Downtown, & Wrightsville Beach.
