Literally ten steps from the endless blue of the Aegean sea is this luxurious beachfront house for a relaxing vacation at Velanidia Koumeikon Marathokampou of Samos Island. The location is ideal if you enjoy privacy and exclusivity as well as if you enjoy busier environments in nearby Ormos, Kampos and Balos all within five to ten minutes driving. The house was recently renovated (2023) and is fully furnished. There are 2 bedrooms, a comfortable kitchen and a living room. Ideal for four persons.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Cozy apartment next to Marina

Relax in the vibes of a fishing village at a spacious modern island studio apartment. Great views to the marina and short walk to village and the beach. You will not need a car as you can get your groceries, and fresh baked bread from the near village stores. Enjoy a large variety of restaurants and bars just in 2-3 minutes walk.
