We will meet at the Parking area near Onisilos Seaside Theatre early in the morning (right before sunrise) and after a short worm-up we will go together for an easy run (heart rate between 97-155) towards Amathous Archaeological park. We will spend together around 1,5 h, chatting and/or practising mindfulness. We will discuss key points of smart running and talk about the idea of mindfulness in running and in living in general. The culmination of the run will be a nice place on the top of the hill with a good view to the sea, where we can make a break to take a picture/make selfy/celebrate the moment.

Other things to note
It is important to have a good sleep before the event. Breakfast is not necessary, but if you feel hungry in the morning, better to eat at least 30 min in advance and not a lot. Please make sure you had enough water in the morning and the day before.
