Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

In summer, with rising global temperatures, it can get extremely hot. As the house is a historic building, installing air conditioning is very difficult. However, every bedroom is equipped with highly effective, silent ceiling fans, and the shaded, breezy terrace offers the perfect spot to unwind.

Filippo una piccola frazione di Barberino Tavarnelle, a metà strada tra Firenze e Siena, a 30 minuti di macchina dall'aeroporto di Firenze, a 1 ora da quello di Pisa. Tre camere da letto, due bagni, ampia sala con camino, cucina abitabile e sala da pranzo. Piscina condivisa con Infinity pool in Chianti 2, a partire da Aprile 2027 la piscina a sfioro con idromassaggio sarà privata.
