Upper level has 2 cozy bedrooms – one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds, a spacious living area with direct lake views, and a full bathroom. Lower level has a second mini kitchen with fridge, sink, microwave and table, large living room, bathroom, and doors leading directly onto the lakeside patio. Lower level has a twin size bed in living area for extra sleeping space.

Recently renovated in soft blues and whites, these sleek units offer a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living area and large deck steps from Lake Montauk. Paddle boards, kayaks and beach chairs available in warmer months. All units have Bose players and Roku. The units sit at a 90 degree angle to the lake with partial lake views from the deck. The cottage is private with a private deck on shared grounds with a fire pit, hammocks, paddle boards, kayak, and lake access. The grounds are expertly landscaped and take full advantage of fort pond views. We do live on the property full time and enjoy making our space a safe and clean environment.
