Two bedrooms: king size main bedroom and second with convenient twin beds. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A roll-away bed is available by request. Portable AC in the living room. There is $250 pet fee. One assigned parking. We expanded parking spots 2 years ago for most car sizes: W- 101 inches and H-83 inches

The entire home is yours, but please respect the house rules and neighbors. It sleeps 5 between two bedrooms and a day bed in the living room. Free parking available: 2 car driveway, and street parking. A large, enclosed yard surrounds the house on all sides.
