This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

A modern 6 bedroom villa which has recently been completed. The villa has wonderful sea views, a large sun terrace for lounging and dining and also it's own sea access. Our villas located in the Çukurbağ Village and on the Lycian way are waiting to be your holiday home this season. If you prefer a holiday in a peaceful nature looking out to flawless greenery, our authentic stone villas are waiting for you. We provide all house appliances, towels, barbecue, air conditioners in each bedroom and the living room. We have an inside and outside dining area for 6 people. There are sunbeds and shades around the pool area.

B2- Cozy wooden bungalow with pool, private garden

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.
