Modern sea view home immersed in lush vegetation just minutes away from some of Sardinia's best beaches. The house comprises of a large living room, two double bedrooms (with AC!) , a bedroom with bunk beds (also with AC!), two new bathrooms, a courtyard with outdoor shower,a large garden with BBQ, outdoor shower and private parking . The house has WiFi The closest beach is 20 minutes on foot (5min driving) while the beaches of Su Giudeu and Sa Tuerredda are less than 15 minutes away by car

The charming holiday home Nicoleup in Perd'e Sali, southern Sardinia, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 50 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.
