Welcome to Cancun with a private pool .The hot tub and pool are at room temperature, equipped with everything you need for your vacations . Rooms with bathroom and AA. Fully equipped kitchen. BBQ grill terrace, hammock, Wifi, grocery store on the corner of Circle K and Gomart. Very close to Walmart, restaurants , bars, shopping centers the Plaza Américas, Puerto Cancún ,beach area.Bus stop on the corner to destinations in Cancun and Riviera Maya, in car very close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres.

Beautiful apartment in a very centric and residential area with excellent natural lighting. It has one bedroom with AC and a king size bed. The living room has a smart TV & the dining room has a beautiful fine wood table with sitting for 6 (both areas have air conditioning). The kitchen is fully equipped; stovetop, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender etc.. In the laundry area we have the washing machine & drinking water available. The bathroom is a good size with a bathtub / shower.

Sliders open to your private pool and additional half bath. No need for a golf cart here, as you can walk one block to Playa Norte or around the corner to Hidalgo.

Fue la casa de mis abuelos y de mi madre, ahora soy yo quien la disfruta y me encanta compartir contigo este pequeño rincón. Soy local de la isla, te aseguro que te haré sentir bienvenido y en casa. Disfruta de este rincón a una calle de playa norte, la isla puede ser a veces muy tranquila, y otras veces muy alegre. Pero te aseguro que está en ubicación ideal para conocer la isla . Con el calor abrasador del verano, no necesitarás taxi, ni autobús ni rentar carrito.
