The complex has three outdoor pools which are seasonal and a recreational building with a heated indoor pool open all year round. It also has sauna, hot tub, gym and changing rooms. Sorry no pets allowed in rentals as per HOA.

Totally Beaching - Unit #2 is one of 4 spacious condos located a block from the beach & 2 blocks from the fishing pier in the heart of historic Cherry Grove. Each unit is 900sf with 2 bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen and living room with front and rear porch access. The rear porch overlooks a natural pond teeming with wading birds and other wildlife. Guests are provided the essentials: bed linens, towels/bath clothes, cookware, and keurig coffee maker. Unit #2 is on the 2nd level right.

As an extra cleaning precaution for guests and myself, I have invested in an ozone generator, which I run after each guest to clean and disinfect the air. Sand Dunes Resort is located on the north end of Myrtle Beach in the Golden Mile area. It is nestled in with beautiful condos and multi million dollar homes.

Located in Royal James Landing, a private pool and picnic area are available for use just a few steps away. There are 6 bikes (4 adult/ 2 child) & 2 4-person golf carts. Guest memberships for the BHI Club are available for an additional fee.
