Dýjaból er ca. 10 minutters kørslen fra Sauðárkrókur, hvor der findes svømmeanlæg, supermarket, bank, små butikker, restauranger m.m. Fra havnen kan man også sejle til Drangey, som ligger ud på fjorden, hvor der findes mange sorter søfugle, bl.a. søpapagøjer. Der er ca 1 times kørsel til Akureyri

The cottage is located on a farm, Kalastadir, only 55 km from Reykjavik. It can house up to 6 people. It´s close to the sea and you can see the seals play along the shore. There is a free WIFI and on the veranda is a private hot tub where you can soak while enjoying the view. It´s close to Glymur, the tallest waterfall in Iceland and the shore where the seals are. Since there is no light polution here as in towns and Reykjavík, it´s a good place to watch the Northern Lights.

A private cozy guesthouse on a farm in Skagafjordur, North west Iceland. The perfect getaway for a nature loving couple or friends. The cabin has everything you need to relax. We built the house in 2022. One bedroom with big double bed and another with small double bed , fully equipped kitchen facilities (stove, oven, pots, plates, utensils and coffee maker) with a fridge and a private bathroom with a shower. Outside we have platform with chairs so you can enjoy the weather.

The cottage is luxurious and has an outdoor natural water hot tub from where you can enjoy the Northern Lights or the fantastic sunset. The living area and the balcony have a spectacular view overlooking the fjord and surrounding mountains. The cottage is a great base for day tours in the south or west of Iceland. Gullfoss, Geysir, Thingvellir and Snæfells glacier are all within 1-2 hours’ drive.

Washing machine and dryer, dish washer. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Homeowners live in the house when it is not booked by guests. The house is situated 2,5 km from the main road. Large and colorful bird life and close to a river.

Bjarg is a summerhouse in Bjarnarfjordur, 25 km from Hólmavík. Excellent location for travelling to North/South Strandir or Westfjords. The house stands by the river that runs down the valley. It is a quiet place an excellent place to see the northern lights. Swimming pool and geothermal hot tubs are located in Laugarhóll about 1 km from the house. Outside the house is a fire place, surrounded with trees. Good for quiet evening under the sky and aurora borealis.

The cottage is designed in the old Icelandic country style, but with house heating, hot water, well equipped modern kitchen, dish washer and a wood burning stove. The ground floor is 35 (square m.) Upstairs there is a 20 square m. sleeping attic with one Queen Size bed.
