Deluxe Cottage is a medium-sized cottage. The bedrooms have a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a full-size pull-out couch. One bathroom with a shower tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, full size refrigerator and stove. 3 mini splits HVAC units. Spacious, covered front porch with a grill. Located closer to the entrance of the park and is closer to the fishing pier, small pavilion, boat ramp, Clubhouse. Linens & Towels services now available upon request, for additional fee.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this beautiful, bright and airy historic home centrally located in downtown New Bern with a Waterview, a white picket fence back yard for your dogs to run around in, and parking big enough for trailer, boat, or U-Haul. Use our bikes and take a ride or walk along the river to all the restaurants and attractions that downtown New Bern has to offer. You can launch your paddle board or kayak right in the river about 300 ft from our backyard.
