Apartmant Mareta II is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Five people may sleep in this completely furnished apartment thanks to a queen bed in one room, a single bed in the other, and a pull-out couch bed for two more. Working from home is made more simpler and more fun by a work corner in one of the rooms. All of the rooms in the apartment have windows, making it quite bright. One of the two balconies offers wonderful views of the magnificent Tivat sunset.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

International airport Tivat is 7 kilometers far, and the city of Dubrovnik (Croatia) with its nearby airport Cilipi is 60 kilometers away, also well connected to Kotor (Montenegro).
