(Für Deutsch: please scroll) Rustic, quietly located house where you hear the sound of rippling water, from the Chummerbach and from a small source next to the house. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Das atemberaubende Bergpanorama aus jedem Raum genießen, dass bekommt Ihr nur bei uns! Die "all inclusive" Ferienwohnung für 2 bis 6 Personen ist in unseren modernen Holzbau integriert. Wir freuen uns auf die Besuche neuer Leute sowie alter Freunde und stehen allen Gästen mit Rat und Tat bei der Planung und Durchführung von Touren zur Seite!

Die Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Bludenz und verfügt über einen großzügigen Abstellraum für Sportgeräte sowie eine eigene Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und der Möglichkeit, Bekleidung aufzuhängen. Supermärkte sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestellen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, zum Bahnhof gelangt man in kurzer Zeit. Bludenz ist der ideale Ausgangsort in verschiedene Wander- und Schigebiete. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

La nostra casa, alle porte di Sondrio, gode di una fantastica vista sui vigneti dell' Inferno e sulle Alpi Orobie. Silenziosa e luminosissima è il rifugio ideale per chi è in cerca di quiete e tranquillità; ottimo punto d'appoggio per l'esplorazione della Valtellina. Alcune idee per escursioni in giornata: Trenino Rosso del Bernina, Livigno, terme e impianti sciistici di Bormio, Aprica, Chiesa Valmalenco, Val di Mello per chi pratica l'arrampicata sportiva, Ponte nel cielo in Val Tartano.

The flat is ideal for trekking and walking lovers: the landscape is breathtaking and there are many paths starting nearby. It is suitable for couples or families with children, but also for a group of friends.
