Villa Nives is a recently renovated villa in the pretty village of Gata in the foothills of the Croatian mountain of Mosor. It is a short drive to both the seaside town of Omis and to Split, the historical capital of Dalmatia. Split airport is 45 minutes away. The pool is in an olive grove, with sensational views of the mountain above and the valley below.

The outdoor area offers deck chairs, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining area with barbecue. Owner doesn't live on the property.
